What is Complete Travel Club? ⌄

Complete Travel Club is a private membership program that unlocks wholesale rates on hotels, resorts, cruises, and more — often hundreds less than public sites. Your membership also includes a Lowest Price Guarantee and access to our human Concierge for tricky itineraries.

How can the prices be so low? ⌄

The inventory is not advertised publicly — so rates aren't constrained by public rate parity. Through our partner RSI, members see private, wholesale prices negotiated with suppliers and fulfilled inside the member portal.

Is there a limit to how many trips I can book? ⌄

No limit. Your membership is unlimited-use. If there's availability, you can book it — no blackout dates.

How much does it cost? ⌄

$1,595.00 for All Access Membership with $199 per year. Checkout is powered by Stripe. After payment, we create your RSI portal credentials within 24 hours and email you instructions.

How do I log in after joining? ⌄

Use the "Log In" button on our site. You'll be securely redirected via SSO to the RSI portal where all member deals live.

What if I find a lower public price? ⌄

We offer a Lowest Price Guarantee. If you find the same itinerary for less on a public site, contact us and we'll make it right.

Do you offer refunds? ⌄

Memberships are non-refundable after activation. If you have an issue, reach out to support and we'll help.

Can my family use my membership? ⌄

Yes, household travel is fine. For group or multi-family bookings, our Concierge can help maximize savings across rooms and dates.

What destinations can I book? ⌄

Global coverage. If there's availability, you can book it — last-minute or far in advance.
