End User License Agreement

1. Introduction

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Complete Travel Club, LLC ("CTC") governing your access to and use of the Complete Travel Club website at club.complete.travel and associated membership services (the "Service"). By accessing the Service, you agree to be bound by this EULA.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, CTC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial travel research and booking. This license does not include the right to sublicense, sell, or transfer access to any third party.

3. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service — including the website, software, content, trademarks, logos, and proprietary data — remain exclusively with Complete Travel Club, LLC or its licensors. The following are trademarks of CTC: Complete Travel Club™, Travel More. Spend Less.™, and Changing Attitudes… Changing Latitudes.™

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. Specifically, you agree to provide accurate information during registration, use the member portal solely for personal and household travel bookings, and respect the intellectual property rights of CTC and its partners.

5. Restrictions

You are expressly prohibited from:

• Bypassing or disabling any security features of the Service.
• Harvesting or scraping data by automated means.
• Reverse engineering or decompiling any part of the Service.
• Transmitting malware, spam, or disruptive code.
• Sharing, reselling, or transferring membership credentials to third parties.
• Using the Service for any fraudulent or unlawful activity.

6. Member Portal Access

Portal credentials are personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@complete.travel if you suspect unauthorized account access.

7. Updates & Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time. We may update this EULA from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Termination

CTC may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, if you breach any provision of this EULA or our Terms & Conditions. Upon termination, all licenses cease immediately. Membership fees are non-refundable upon termination for cause.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. CTC expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Complete Travel Club, LLC is incorporated. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
