1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Complete Travel Club website (club.complete.travel) or purchasing a membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this site or service.
2. Membership
Complete Travel Club offers an all-access travel membership at a one-time fee of $1,595. Membership includes:
- Access to private wholesale travel pricing via the RSI member portal.
- Live travel concierge support for booking assistance.
- Lowest Price Guarantee on eligible bookings.
- Unlimited travel bookings with no blackout dates.
Portal credentials are created manually by our team and delivered within 24 hours of confirmed payment. Membership is intended for personal and household use only. Resale, transfer, or commercial exploitation of membership benefits is strictly prohibited.
3. Payments & Refunds
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details on our servers.
The membership fee is non-refundable after account activation, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws. If you believe you are entitled to a refund under such laws, please contact us within 30 days of purchase.
Lowest Price Guarantee claims must be submitted within 72 hours of booking, with verifiable proof of a lower publicly available rate for the identical itinerary.
4. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the site or its related systems.
- Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the site by any automated means.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service.
- Transmit any malware, viruses, or other disruptive code.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without notice and at our sole discretion.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — is the property of Complete Travel Club or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
The phrase "Travel More. Spend Less.™" and the Complete Travel Club name and logo are trademarks of Complete Travel Club, LLC.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Travel savings are subject to availability and may vary. Member pricing examples shown on the website are illustrative; actual savings depend on destination, dates, and availability at the time of booking.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Complete Travel Club, its officers, directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or use — arising out of or related to your use of the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for your membership.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Complete Travel Club is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any disputes informally before initiating formal proceedings.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page whenever changes are made.
